About Us
When I considered forming RA Bennett, LLC. It was for the sole purpose of developing new and innovative products. I would like to give you a little background, starting from the beginning in 1982. I developed a line of software and PC accessory products exclusively on the market for several years. The product line at that time was under the name Be-Ken Products, Inc. Products were Disc Bay, Draw Meister for the Mac, Mouse Tracer for the Microsoft PC, Paper Tracker, 4-speed trackball, Copy-Copy software program, and Be-Lock, a software security program. These are a few products designed, developed, packaged, and were on the market Nationally for over 5 years.

1. Why should property owners sealcoat asphalt instead of just replacing it when damaged?
Replacing commercial asphalt is exceptionally costly and disruptive. Sealcoating acts as a preventive waterproof barrier that locks in essential binding oils, shields aggregate from UV breakdown, and prevents water infiltration. Routine maintenance and timely crack sealing double the operational lifespan of commercial asphalt at a fraction of the cost of full repaving.
2. What is Included in Q-line’s 1 or 2- year Commercial Asphalt Preservation Program?
Unlike standard asphalt contractors whose work fades and/or loses line visibility within 6 to 12 months, Q-line’s preservation program provides a full one or two year warranty guarantee. This program covers complete crack sealing and line striping with complimentary periodic 4 to 6 month touch-up maintenance during the warranty period that the client chooses.
3. Why are polyurea and polyaspartic coatings superior to traditional DIY epoxy kits?
Traditional retail epoxy kits are rigid, water-based, and lack flexible chemical bonds. Over time, thermal expansion, moisture movement, and vehicle heat cause epoxy to turn brittle, yellow, peel, or suffer from “hot tire pickup”. Q-Line’s multi-layer polyurea and polyaspartic systems are 100% UV-stable, up to four times stronger than epoxy, and remain elastomeric—allowing the coating to expand and contract with the underlying concrete slab without cracking or delaminating.
4. Will a Floortex flake system make my garage floor slippery when wet?
No. The Floortex system combines full-saturation vinyl chip broadcasts with a heavy-duty topcoat. This creates a textured surface that provides built-in slip resistance even when wet from rainwater, melted snow, or automotive fluids.
